Cancellation Fee: $30 (must cancel 24 hours in advance).
Grace Period: 15 minutes allowed — after that, $10 fee applies.

How long will my appointment take?

Appointment duration varies by service. Small braids can take 2-3 hours, while more complex styles may take 4-6 hours. We'll provide a time estimate when we confirm your booking.

What if I need to reschedule?

We understand that life happens! Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule without incurring a cancellation fee. The $10 deposit will be applied to your new appointment.

What hair products should I bring?

We provide premium braiding hair and products. However, if you have specific hair or scalp sensitivities, feel free to bring your preferred products. Please arrive with clean, dry hair.
